- A bonded waterproof membrane on the floor and walls, with every seam and corner banded.
- A 24-hour flood test before a single tile goes down.
- Supply lines pressure-tested overnight, before the walls close.
- Solid blocking in the walls for the bench, the glass and grab bars.
- Floors covered, a dust wall up, and the room cleaned every day.
